Length of stay Generally, minimum rental is three nights. Over Christmas and New Year’s minimum rental may be one week, depending on availability. Rates This spacious house sleeps six adults comfortably, with a pull out bed for children.
Rates may be slightly higher during holiday weeks. Discounts for stays of a week or more. Children 12 or over are considered adults for rate purposes. Cleaning and Security Deposit A $500 refundable deposit is due at the same time as the final balance payment. This deposit covers the replacement of lost and/or damaged items (inventoried by the property manager). Maid service is provided once a week, and Move In and Move Out cleaning is included in the cost of the rental. Excessive damage or wear to linens and/or upholstered furniture will be deducted from the Cleaning and Security Deposit. Normally the Cleaning and Security Deposit will be refunded to the client within five (5) days of their departure. Daily maid service is not included in the normal rental, but may be available at an extra cost with prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy If we are able to schedule other guests to cover your cancelled dates, we will happily refund your payment. Reservations To make a reservation, please go to our reservation page and fill out the form. A deposit of 50% is required within 24 hours upon making a reservation to hold your dates. The balance is due upon arrival, and will be collected by the property manager. Final payment can be made in US dollars, or the Mexican peso equivalent. Payment with credit card can be made through Paypal, but the balance must be paid before arrival. In the event that your reservation is for a period occurring three (3) weeks or less prior to your arrival date, then payment is due in full with your reservation, including the Cleaning and Security Deposit. All confirmed reservations are also subject to a refundable Cleaning and Security Deposi. Specific instructions regarding deposits, a simple agreement, a receipt for deposits and restatement of cancellation policies will be emailed to clients upon confirmation of a reservation.
